Orders
Adding devices to the cart is a request, not a confirmed sale. An order is only confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp and confirm stock availability.
Pricing
Prices are shown in South African Rand and exclude shipping. Because devices are imported, prices can change with exchange rates and stock. The price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay.
Payment
Payment is arranged directly with Midline on WhatsApp. Devices are only dispatched after payment has cleared.
Shipping
Express shipping takes 4 to 5 working days at R780. Normal shipping takes 8 to 12 working days at R300. Timelines start once the parcel is dispatched and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays caused by customs or the courier are outside our control.
Product condition
All devices are brand new and factory sealed. They are never refurbished and contain original parts only.
Warranty and returns
Every device carries a 12-month limited warranty against hardware faults, plus 7-day dead-on-arrival cover. Accidental damage, liquid damage and unauthorised repairs are not covered.
