When you place an order we collect the name, phone number, city, delivery address and any notes you enter in the checkout form. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to confirm your order, arrange import and delivery of your device, and contact you about that order.
How it is shared
Your order summary is sent to Midline through WhatsApp. Delivery details are shared with the courier handling your shipment. We never sell your information.
Storage and retention
Order messages are kept for as long as needed to support your warranty claim and to meet South African record-keeping requirements.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Your cart is stored only in your browser during your visit.
